At Rad World Travels Ltd, we’re committed to making your Train travel experience smooth and enjoyable. We’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policies below to provide transparency and assist you in managing your travel plans with ease.
Cancellations Policy
For all reserved fares purchased from Rad World Travels Ltd, credit card or debit card, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment if the ticket is canceled within 12 hours of the time of purchase and prior to the scheduled departure.
If you cancel after the train departs, you won’t receive any refund or credit.
Refunds are credited to the original form of payment or issued as an eVoucher, based on your preference and the fare type

Canceled trips (except certain Saver Fares) may qualify for an eVoucher, which you can use for future travel within one year.
Changes
If you modify your reservation (changing dates, times, or routes), you’ll need to pay any fare difference, but modifications are generally permitted without additional fees.
Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Special Situations
Weather and Delays: If an train is delayed by more than 4 hours or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or operational issues), affected tickets are eligible for a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.
Medical Emergencies: Cancellations due to medical emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
